Roccia Corporate Cricket League - Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility
Team Composition: Each corporate team must consist of employees from the same company or organization. The league is open to companies of all sizes.
Age Limit: Players must be 18 years of age or older. Players under 18 will not be allowed to participate in the league.
- Registration and Fees
The registration form must be completed and submitted by the company representative.
Entry Fees: The fee for a male team entry is ₹[50K + GST]. The female team entry is free
with the registration of a male team.
Payment must be made in full before the registration deadline. Failure to pay on time will
result in the team not being included in the league.
- Player Eligibility
Only employees of the registered company are eligible to play in the league.
Players must provide their correct details, including their company affiliation and contact
information, at the time of registration.
All players must sign a waiver agreeing to follow the league’s code of conduct, safety
protocols, and other league rules.
Players must be physically fit to participate in matches. Any injuries or medical
conditions should be disclosed at the time of registration.
- Match Rules
The league follows standard T20 cricket rules, with match durations determined by the
format.
Match Format: 20 overs per side. All teams must field a full team.
The captain of each team is responsible for the conduct of the players, including
adherence to the league’s rules and regulations.
- Team Responsibilities
Each team must arrive on time for their matches.
Teams must wear their official RCCL player kits (jersey, cap, etc.)
Teams must ensure that their players behave respectfully and professionally at all times,
both on and off the field.
Any disputes between teams or players will be resolved by the league management, and
their decision will be final.
- Safety and Conduct
All players must wear protective gear, including helmets, shin guards, and gloves, during
the matches.
Any misconduct, including abuse, physical violence, or disruptive behavior, will result in
immediate disqualification from the league.
- Match Day Protocols
Arrival: Teams must arrive at the venue at least 45 minutes before their scheduled
match time for warm-up and registration.
Warm-Up: Teams will have 20 minutes to warm up before the start of their match.
Late Arrival: Any misconduct, including abuse, physical violence, or disruptive behavior, will result in
immediate disqualification from the league.
- Media and Content Rights
Broadcasting: The RCCL will be live-streamed. By registering, teams and players agree
to the use of their likeness, image, and performance in marketing materials, social media
content, and live broadcasts.
Teams and players cannot restrict the use of any images, video, or audio recorded
during the matches for promotional and marketing purposes.
- Prizes and Awards
Winner and Runner-up Prizes: Teams will be awarded cash prizes and trophies for top
performances.
Individual Awards: Best Player of the Tournament, Best Batsman, Best Bowler, Best
Coach, and more.
- Liability and Disclaimers
Medical Emergencies: Roccia Group International is not liable for any injury or accident that occurs
during the matches. Players are advised to have personal health insurance.
Force Majeure: The league organizers are not responsible for any events beyond their
control, including weather conditions, government regulations, or other unforeseen
circumstances that may cause match delays or cancellations.
- Refund Policy
Refunds will not be issued after registration, except in cases of event cancellation.
If the league is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, the registration fee will be
refunded in full.
- Code of Conduct
All participants must behave in a professional manner, respecting opponents,
teammates, officials, and spectators.
Any player or team found violating the code of conduct will be subject to disciplinary
action, including possible disqualification.
Note: All Matches will take place on Weekends (Day and Night)
